    Hi friends;
    I an using smart-thermostat for a week. İt working good but sometimes it gives an error “unknown error happened”. Have you ever faced this error before ? Now i am using free version of software.i attached a file about this error.

    Hi, I sometimes get it if another WiFi device is near the phone so I’m assuming it is a bad WiFi signal but not sure
